Keith has over 23 years of experience working in and around governments of all sizes across New York State. Keith has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of government from his time working for New York City and serving as Deputy County Treasurer for Nassau County. Over the past 15 years Keith honed his skills by working the halls of Albany and many of the other cities and counties across New York State and state capitols across the Country. Keith is well versed in the intricate details of how to draft and pass legislation, connect with the decision makers across the state and assist clients in achieving their goals.

Additionally, Keith is recognized as an expert on real property tax lien issues and has spoken and lectured extensively across the country on a variety of issues affecting the real property tax lien industry from bankruptcy issues to G.A.S.B. concerns. Keith is a member of the National Tax Lien Association, the New York State Government Finance Officers Association and is on the Long Island Advisory Board for the New York State GFOA. Keith is an Associate member of the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials and is active in the New York State Association of Counties.
Keith is a graduate of Touro School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1990 and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. Keith also holds a MS in Policy and Analysis from the W. A. Harriman School of Public Policy and Analysis from SUNY Stony Brook.
